We hold a number of classes throughout the year, where members can learn traditional & modern quilting techniques, fabric selection and colour theory, precision cutting and piecing, hand and machine quilting methods and finishing touches to help make your quilt stand out.

Beginner's Class with several experienced TPQ Quilters
This class is aimed at people who have started their quilting Journey or who are complete beginners.
Held over two Saturdays you will learn the basic skills of cutting, pressing, sewing blocks ,
joining blocks and sandwiching. Hopefully we will get to quiltings and binding.
Pupils can make a 6 for 9 block quilt or bigger if they wish to.
We will be teaching the Floating Square Blocks .
Date: Saturday 8th and 29th November
Venue: Sacred Heart Church Hall, 23 Standish Street, Inglewood
Cost: $15 per person
This class is limited to 10 people so be sure to fill the form in below as soon as possible to secure your spot

Quilt as you go Class with Relwyn Brimlow
Do you want to be able to quilt your own quilts?
Well this is the class for you to learn how to Quilt as you go.
Come and spend the day with our lovely tutor , Relwyn
and learn the techniques you need to quilt as you go.
You will make examples for your own reference

Stitcheries with Catherine McDonald from Mallee Textiles
We are fortunate to have Catherine staying on after the Quilt Festival
to teach this one-day class. When she ran this class in Wellington,
the class sold out, so this is one you won't want to miss!
A kit is provided and you will complete a wall hanging.
